Synergy is a holistic wellness centre located in Orange, NSW. Established in 2019, Synergy was born from a desire to provide a nurturing, co-creational space to heal the mind, body and spirit.

Synergy was founded by Meredith Myott, whose clear intention of wellbeing for her clients, along with her extensive clinical experience of over 15 years, has provided her with a solid reputation throughout the Central West and beyond.

A wild spirit at heart, Meredith has continuously sought out extensive training from around the world to bring potent modalities back to the Central West. She has honed her skills on the festival trail, providing healing modalities at Burning Man Festival, Rainbow Serpent, Dragon Dreaming, Confest, Regrowth, Seven Sisters and Wonderlust.  

The services Synergy provide are all targeted towards bringing the body back into balance. In addition to remedial, lymphatic, reflexology and relaxation massage, Meredith performs powerful acutonics sessions, which are non-invasive and use acupressure points based on Oriental Medicine. She also guides small groups the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra, and her sound immersions are truly an uplifting experience.
